Registration Cancellation Policy

Paid registrants who are unable to attend are welcome to send someone to attend in their place.  Please notify us about any substitutions by email to joanrenner@empowering-nonprofits.com

If you have registered and must cancel, send cancellation requests via email to joanrenner@empowering-nonprofits.com.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.  A $50 processing fee will apply.  Cancellations delivered 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less the processing fee.  Cancellations delivered between 29 days and 15 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund less the processing fee.  Refunds will not be provided for cancellations delivered 14 or fewer days prior to the event.  Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the seminar. 

501(c)(fit!) reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.  If the seminar must be cancelled, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of paid registration fees.  Refunds cannot be provided for lodging, airfare or other expenses related to attending the seminar.
