As the leader of her firm’s non-profit niche services team, Marti has a passion for nonprofit organizations, which is apparent in the presentation of her work with clients and within the community. A popular presenter on nonprofit topics, she has chaired the North Carolina Association of CPAs Nonprofit Committee. Marti also volunteers at a wide variety of nonprofits throughout the community. She has been honored with the 2014 Alamance Community College Alumnae of the Year Award and the 2015 Triad Business Journal Women in Business Award.

Marti specializes in auditing and consulting. She works closely with clients to provide information and assistance throughout the year. She is a manager in the audit team at GCM and strives to orchestrate the most efficient and timely audit.

Marti earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an Associate in Accounting from Alamance Community College. She is a member of the AICPA and North Carolina Association of CPAs. When away from the office, Marti likes to hike, volunteer, read, travel and spend time with family and friends.
